1. Go to Run Command
2. Type regedit press enter
3. Navigate these through the left panel HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version\Ploicies\System
4. right side panel DisableTaskmgr
5. Enter its value data as 0 and press OK
6. Close registry editor
7. Restart your computer....
