How to change my PC IP follow the steps
1. Go to Run and type ncpa.cpl clik on OK
    

2. right click on Local Area Connection go to properties

3. Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (IPV4) /( IPV6) / click on properties your IP will be shown here 

change the IP and press OK
