How to Remove RUN Dialog Box History Only Selected Item

Open Run Command and type regedit press enter
registry editor open as shown below....

Explore this path......

HKEY_CURENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\RunMRU

Now you just select which value want to remove from the RUN History Right Click and Delete
Done.....
